Senior Business Administrator (Purpose of Position: To provide a holistic support function to the Chamdor Group from an administration, control and Financial support perspective. Effective communication with relevant stakeholders and suppliers. Requirements Fluent in English Matric with relative working experience in a similar role (Tertiary Qualification an added advantage) Work must be neat, proficient and Presentable Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Proficient in MS Word, Outlook Working/Practical Knowledge of Both Pastel Evolution and Pastel VIP Payroll Ability to Analyse data & financial info to locate variances & remedy accordingly Basic Understanding of South African Laws (Including labour Laws) Excellent written communication Detail oriented Ability to work both in a team and independently Duties and Responsibilities: • Correct Processing of intercompany invoices on a daily basis (or when required) through Pastel Evolution • Correct Processing of/Loading of Supplier invoices onto Pastel Evolution on a monthly basis • Processing of Property Entity Invoices & reconciling back to Municipal Accounts • Reconciliation of Bank accounts utilising Pastel • Drawing up & liaising with attorneys on leases for both residential and commercial use. Dealing with tenants on issues at hand • Annual Workmen’s Compensation Returns • Maintenance of Manual Fixed Asset Register, submission of annual insurance declaration and filing of Insurance claims • Able to renew rebate permit annually. This is a detailed task requiring specific attention and compliance on many supporting factors. • Annual guard roster renewal • Monthly VAT & PAYE submissions • Effectively deal with Municipal issues at hand • Ability to understand, handle and possibly solve complex tasks/projects with little or no supervision *Employment equity Salary: TBA)
Storeroom Controller (Purpose of Position: To provide a support & guidance to the Store Room from a Warehousing perspective. Maintaining, monitoring of stock and co-ordinating physical stock takes. Effective communication with customers, relevant stakeholders and suppliers. Effective and accurate reporting which is relevant to the key administrative duties of the function. Requirements Fluent in English Must be neat, proficient and Presentable at all times Matric + relative working experience in a similar role. Customer Care and customer centric behaviour. Excellent verbal communication. Excellent telephone etiquette. Ability to work in a team. Previous Warehousing/Store Room Experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Make sure all paper work is correct and adhere to process. Continuously seek to improve systems for efficiency. Support Store Room with all Administrative duties and ad-hoc daily activities Stock Management Prepare & manage physical stock takes Take remedial action on discrepancies Implement new & Improve on existing processes to increase efficiency.
